Crown Vocational Training is one of the few providers of the Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship, and we have over 20 years’ experience of successful delivery. The Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship offers routes into professional bodies and builds the foundation of an interesting and rewarding career in Estate Agency.
The Junior Estate Agent programme is delivered through a series of live workshops delivered online, supported by a learning platform with access to a range of resources. One-to-one support is provided by our expert tutors. The Junior Estate Agent Apprentice is supported throughout the programme until End Point Assessment has been completed.
Understanding the property market, including factors influencing the value of property
Legislation and Codes of Practice and how to become a professional practitioner
How to carry out effective property viewings and negotiate offers on property
Understanding property styles, building construction and defects
Understanding Planning Regulations, Listed Buildings, Conservation areas
How to provide first class customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
Length of programme – 12-15 months
The Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship is for those who want to develop a career as an Estate Agent in residential sales, property listing, or sales progressing and have no, or limited experience within the industry.
Progression routes following this Apprenticeship are available with Crown Vocational Training as we are a Propertymark Centre and offer training and qualifications for the Propertymark Awards and Certificates.
