Human resource apprenticeships are designed to develop the underpinning knowledge, skills, behaviours and confidence that will aid progression, specifically targeted around the skills required to perform in a HR function of an organisation.
These skills may include resolving HR issues in line with statutory and company policy, bringing best practice to the organisation, providing an excellent level of customer service on varying HR matters and develop an understanding of how the strategic goals of the company relate to the role HR professionals are in.
