Private Training for Estate Agents and Lettings and Property Management

Crown Vocational Training have been successfully delivering Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in Residential Property Sales and Lettings for over 10 years and these qualifications form part of the framework.

Training for Level 3 Award in Sale of Residential Property

The stand-alone Award is aimed at those who have been working in the industry/have a good knowledge of the property market and wish to obtain a recognised industry qualification. This Award is a qualification offered by Propertymark and is assessed externally by exam.  Our training programme supports the syllabus and provides coverage across all 4 units:

  • Unit 1: Health and Safety, Security and General Law
  • Unit 2: Law Relating to Residential Property Sales
  • Unit 3: Practice Relating to Residential Property Sales
  • Unit 4: Property Appraisal, Basic Building Construction and Defects

The programme is delivered through a series of webinars, workshops and one-to-one sessions and will help with preparation for the 4 on-line exams (costs not included). The course is run over a 6 month period.

Costs for the programme are £700 per person reducing to £600 if more than one person from an organisation signs up.  On successful completion individuals can apply for membership of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents).

Training for Level 4 Certificate in Sale of Residential Property

This Certificate is a qualification offered by Propertymark and is assessed externally by exam. Another of our specialist areas is business management and we are well placed to offer a full programme across all 6 units. Our training programme supports the full syllabus and provides coverage across all 6 units:

  • Unit 1: Legal Aspects relating to Residential Agency
  • Unit 2: Practice relating to Residential Agency
  • Unit 3: Market Appraisal and Valuation relating to Residential Agency
  • Unit 4: Building Design and Defects for Residential Agency
  • Unit 5: Business Practice
  • Unit 6: Business Management

The programme is delivered through a series of webinars, workshops, one-to-one sessions and on-line assessment.  It will help with preparation for the 6 exams (costs not included). The course is run over a 6 – 12 month period.

Costs for the programme are £900 per person reducing to £750 if more than one person from an office signs up.  On successful completion individuals will be able to apply for Fellow of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents).  There are additional requirements for length of service in industry as well as the expectation that level 3 will have already been completed.
