This industry-recognised qualification is aimed at professionals that have a good level of working knowledge of the property industry. It’s delivered via a range of workshops, one-to-one sessions and virtual webinars over a 9-12 month period.

This level 4 Propertymark qualification runs over a 12-18 month period. The programme is delivered online through a series of webinars, workshops, one-to-one sessions and marked assignments. It will help with preparation for the 4 exams (costs not included).
Over the course, participants can expect to learn about a wide range of areas including compliance, ethical practice and business management relating to residential letting and management.

This level 3 qualification is ideal for those wanting to gain or improve their existing knowledge in the key areas related to the sale of residential property.
This course, over a period of 9-12 months, covers a variety of areas including property appraisal and basic building construction and the law relating to residential property sales.
