This industry-recognised qualification is aimed at professionals that have a good level of working knowledge of the property industry. It’s delivered via a range of workshops, one-to-one sessions and virtual webinars over a 6 month period.
You can expect to learn about the law relating to residential property sales, property appraisal, the basics of building construction and much more.
This qualification is offered by Propertymark and is assessed externally by exam. It’s been specifically designed for those who have practical experience within the letting and property industry.
Over the course of 6-12 months, participants can expect to learn about a wide range of areas including applied law relating to residential letting and management and appraisal and residential property letting practice.
This level 3 qualification is ideal for those wanting to gain or improve their existing knowledge in the key areas related to the sale of residential property.
This course covers a variety of areas including property appraisal and basic building construction and the law relating to residential property sales.
This level 4 qualification runs over a 6-12 month period. It is delivered through a range of one-to-one sessions, workshops, an online assessment and 6 examinations.
The training programme provides coverage across a range of key areas including market appraisal/valuation and building design and defects for residential agency.
