Course Levels

Residential Letting and Property Management Level 2 (Intermediate)

The Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are new to the industry, and provides the ideal grounding for future progression to senior roles. During your training, you’ll become proficient in:

  • Legislation surrounding letting and management of residential property
  • How to maintain the safety and security of people, property and information
  • Effective progression of customer enquiries
  • How to develop professional behaviours

Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 (Advanced)

Ideal for those who are preparing for or are already in senior roles in the company, the Level 3 Advanced qualification offers deeper knowledge of the industry. As well as covering wider legislative requirements and enhancing knowledge of safety and security of people, property and information, you will learn about:

  • Agency practices
  • Property management
  • Market appraisals
  • Gaining instructions
  • Implementing marketing plans
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Preparing inventories
  • Checking in/out procedures
