The Junior Estate Agent and Sales Negotiator Apprenticeships offer routes into professional bodies and builds the foundation of an interesting and rewarding career in Estate Agency.
Our programmes are delivered through a series of live workshops delivered online, supported by a learning platform with access to a range of resources. One-to-one support is provided by our expert tutors throughout the programme until End Point Assessment has been completed.

Ideal for individuals either about to embark on a career in the property sector and seeking a structured pathway into the profession or for existing staff working in residential property sales and wanting to formalise and expand their knowledge
Progression routes following this Apprenticeship are available with Crown Vocational Training as we are a Propertymark Centre and offer training and qualifications for the Propertymark Certificates.
The Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship is for those who want to develop a career as an Estate Agent in residential sales, property listing, or sales progressing and have no, or limited experience within the industry. The length of programme is 12-15 months (depending on experience). The syllabus includes:
The Sales Negotiator apprenticeship, built upon the Sales Executive standard, is for those who want to develop a career as a Sales Negotiator in residential property sales and already have some experience within the property industry.
As part of the programme, learners will complete the nationally recognised Propertymark Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency, enabling individuals to apply for membership of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents), subject to any additional entry requirements.
