Lettings Apprentice

D P Property Lettings Limited are offering the chance for a candidate to take part in a Lettings (Housing and property management assistant) Apprenticeship. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Apprentice to join our team in Hartlepool. This is a varied role undertaking a full range of administrative support to our Lettings Division.

ou will undertake a variety of tasks such as:

• Compliance checks
• System updates
• Utility checks
• Distribution of marketing materials, and much more
• Taking calls and messages and passing them to the relevant person
• Assisting with general duties within the lettings department

If the applicant has 4 / C grades in Maths and English at GCSE level minimum, the level 3 can be considered. The vacancy may close earlier if suitable candidate is found.
