Junior Estate Agent

Organisation in Central Southend is looking to add to their team with an Apprentice Junior Estate Agent.  You will be confident, demonstrate great communication skills, written and verbal.  Be outgoing and willing to learn and work hard.

• Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Register vendor and vendee enquiries and booking relevant appointments
• Following up enquiries
• Co-ordinating move-ins
• Deal progression
• Inspections when required

Ideally, someone driving and has their own vehicle.  However, will consider, someone who has passed their theory test and is practical test ready with availability to purchase a car.  As this is an apprentice role, those below 25 years of age, cannot be insured on company cars.  Expenses will be paid as per HMRC guidelines.
