Junior Estate Agent

A fantastic opportunity to join a team of market leading Estate Agents in Feltham with years of experience. This company is looking for an exceptional candidate to join their team. Your duties will consist of, but are not limited to:

• To efficiently respond to enquiries booking appointments received through internet leads, phone and in person using a professional service.
• Maintain regular contact with sellers/buyers and assist landlords and tenants when necessary.
• Generate customer relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assisting with floorplans, EPC’s and other marketing.
• Maintain a regularly organised work day
• Understand customers needs and requirements to effectively help them find their perfect property.
• Attend and conduct property viewings with new and existing customers at a variety of different properties.

Preferably a driver with own vehicle due to the nature of the role, fuel allowance will be paid. Will accept someone waiting to sit their practical driving test and has own car or can buy own car quickly after passing practical driving test. Must have passed their theory test and already be actively taking driving lessons.

GCSES minimum grade 3 in Maths and English (essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £12,288.00 per year
