Junior Estate Agent

A fantastic opportunity to join a team of market leading Estate Agents in Hatfield with years of experience. This company is looking for an exceptional candidate to join their team. Your duties will consist of, but are not limited to: Registering applicants on company database

Attending accompanied viewings

Organising valuations and listings

Booking valuations and viewing appointments

Answer customer queries both via email and telephone

Phone work which involves making viewings and giving clients feedback

Meeting and greeting clients in the office

Photocopying and other general administration duties

The successful candidate must own a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

There is the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of the basic salary throughout the apprenticeship.

Preferably a driver with own vehicle due to the nature of the role. Will accept someone waiting to sit their practical driving test and has own car. Must have passed their theory test and already be actively taking driving lessons.

GCSES minimum grade 3 in Maths and English (essential)

Commission available once probation passed at 3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £12,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
