The company has been used as an advisor to the BBC for their Homes Under The Hammer program and The Independent newspaper.

  • Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Register vendor and vendee enquiries and booking relevant appointments
  • Following up enquiries
  • Co-ordinating move-ins
  • Deal progression
  • Inspections when required

Important Information

Working week:

9-5 pm – 4 days with 1-hour unpaid break. 10-4 – 1 day with 30 mins unpaid break. Maximum working up to 40 hours per week but will be discussed individually

Wage:

9,197.76 per year - up to £13,260.00 per year dependant on performance and progression
