Who can do a Traineeship?

Our Traineeships are aimed at 16-18 year olds who have the skills and work ethic to succeed in an Apprenticeship, but lack the work experience they need to apply. Traineeships are also aimed at young people who want to develop their experience in a particular sector.

How is the Traineeship delivered and how long does it take?

The Traineeship is run over a period of 14-20 weeks, and combines work experience with college-based learning. Applicants usually spend 3-4 days per week in the workplace, and 1-2 days per week at the college.

What can I do after completing my Traineeship?

Most learners begin an Apprenticeship once they have completed their Traineeship. They may do this with their work experience provider, or they might start afresh with an alternative employer.
