Course Levels

Recruitment Resourcer Level 2

The Recruitment Resourcer at Level 2 is designed for new entrants into a recruitment role or enhance the knowledge, skills and behaviour of someone already in the role. These skills may include:

  • identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
  • providing resourcing support to the recruitment function
  • identifying new business opportunities
  • liaising effectively with candidates and the wider business, whilst ensuring all processes, procedures, codes of ethics and legislation are adhered to
