A fantastic opportunity to join a team of market leading Estate Agents in Bishop’s Stortford with years of experience. This company is looking for an exceptional candidate to join their team. Your duties will consist of, but are not limited to: Registering applicants on company database
Attending accompanied viewings
Organising valuations and listings
Booking valuations and viewing appointments
Answer customer queries both via email and telephone
Phone work which involves making viewings and giving clients feedback
Meeting and greeting clients in the office
Photocopying and other general administration duties
The successful candidate must own a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle BUT will consider someone ready to take practical driving test and has a vehicle ready to use.
There is the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of the basic salary throughout the apprenticeship.
Must have minimum 3 / D grade in Maths and English
Working week:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm ( 1 hour lunch break)
Saturday 9am - 2pm
Day off during the week for working a Saturday
Wage:
£12,500 - £14,000 (lesser amount for someone who does not drive yet)Duration:
