Customer Service and Administrative Apprentice (CSPMM)

We are seeking a new apprentice to join our team due to expansion of our business. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, assisting the brokers and liaising with clients.

The role will include:

  • Support a team of brokers
  • Ensure clients are contacted regularly and solicitors are kept updated
  • Answer telephone calls / transfer where necessary
  • File documents
  • Data Entry
  • Liaise with client, solicitors and mortgage lenders
  • Yearly CPD and compliance tests required.
  • Liaising with clients internal and external

Additional information:

  • Apprenticeship minimum wage to start, but the salary may be negotiable and may increase following a successful probationary period.

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
35 hours per week

£150.50 per week
