Customer Service and Administration Apprentice (CSPHUD)


Location: Irthingborough, Wellingborough

This role is to support an electrician with the day-to-day running of the business, including general administration, booking appointments, dealing with customer enquiries and more.

This is a varied Sales Administrator / Customer Service position for someone who has excellent numeracy and organisational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to start their career.

The role will primarily involve supporting the Manager and the duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls, dealing with requests and queries and passing on messages
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Supporting with estimating
  • Processing invoices and receiving payments
  • General administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, filing
  • Assisting the Manager with any other ad hoc duties
  • General office duties including answering telephone calls

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
35 hours per week


£150.50 - £192.50 per week
