Customer Lettings Administrator Apprentice (CSPAZL)


Location: Milton Keynes

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Lettings Administrator with a can-do attitude. Must be hard-working, possess excellent communication skills and have good organisational abilities. If you are motivated, keen and ready to experience new things every day, we will provide you with all the support you need to succeed in this industry.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

We are looking for someone to primarily fulfil a customer lettings adminsitrator role which will involve:

  • Communicating with applicants on the phone, via email and in person
  • Working with customers to assist with their enquiries
  • Accompanying viewings when requried and provide customer / client support
  • Processing applications of new clients
  • Compiling property inventories to be reviewed by Lettings and Property Managers
  • Compile documents according to needs of the team upon instruction
  • Provide customer / client support for people moving homes
  • Leaf letting local properties (Canvassing)
  • Dealing with day to day tasks
  • There are many different aspects to the role which you will learn and experience as you go along

Additional information:

  • Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, in order to visit properties as part of their customer / client support service.
  • Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays (this will be every other Saturday and you will receive a day off in the week)
  • You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of your basic salary

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday. 9am - 6pm (with 1 hour lunch). Every other Saturday must be worked - you will receive 1 day off in the week. Each week will be a 5 day working week.
40 hours per week


£10,000 - £14,000 per annum
