Customer Engagement Resourcer (Customer Service Apprenticeship)

Great opportunity to work with a corporate employer, learning the industry and paving the way for a progressive career. This company are looking for conscientious and hard working individual to join their Sales Team. The basic salary is £12,000 per annum plus commission.

The role is pivotal to resourcing customers that fit with the company’s requirements. You will be involved with making and taking telephone calls to customers to be part of different direct marketing force.

You will be:

• Responsible for establishing appointments with the customer and the direct sales person
• Fact Finding by Identify client’s needs through scoping & qualification
• Promotion of the Products and Solutions First Data offer
• Establish and build relationships with the Business Consultants
• Administrative tasks and Customer Record Management
• Works under supervision and/or with specific instructions
• Working towards targets
• Incentivised and commission based
