Customer Care Apprenticeship

A fantastic opportunity to start a career with a family run business learning all aspects of customer service and care. This role is pivotal to the daily running of the company and there is a lot of opportunity to progress.

General Customer Service and Care role which may include:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer requests
  • Giving prices
  • Advising of stock levels
  • Taking orders
  • Giving updates on orders
  • Sending quotes / proformas
  • Sending copy invoices and other account information

Other duties will include:

  • Processing web orders and giving updates to customers
  • Replying to email enquiries with information and or quotes and proformas
  • Making courtesy calls to customers
  • Setting up new customers

DG Supplyline is a friendly, busy office with a small team who all work well together. We supply door and window hardware to trade and public.

Desired skills:

  • Good IT skills
  • Good level of maths and English
  • Good communicator and phone manner

Qualifications:

  • A good general level of education

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours - Start time: 8.00am / 8.30am / 9.00am. Finishing time: 5.00pm / 5.30pm / 6.00pm (with 1 hour lunch).

Wage:

£200 per week (£5 per hour)
