Business Support Administrator

This exciting opportunity is for someone looking to get into the property management sector with a growing organisation on Collier Row. The ideal candidate will be undertaking a government funded apprenticeship in Property Services. You will be the administrative function within the office and provide support to the team.

This role will be an integral part of the team and you will be undertaking the following tasks:

  • Typing up letters
  • Sorting manual files
  • Finding properties online to canvass
  • Chasing paperwork such as Money Laundering Information, etc…
  • Making sure Health and Safety and Fire Regs are in check

To undertake this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
Ocassional Saturday work but will be agreed when required and a day off in the week allocated.

Wage:

£170 per week

Duration:

12-15 month programme
