Business Administration Apprentice (BAPS)

Working within an established lettings agent in Chelmsford, you will be an integral part of the team providing administrative support within the team to assist with their daily roles.

Duties may include:

• Typing and sending letters
• Making up property files and details
• Maintaining office equipment and supply levels
• Answering the phone
• Meeting tenants
• Booking property maintenance
• Data entry on company systems
• Taking minutes for morning sales meetings
• Ordering and maintaining office equipment and stationery
• Organise diary for colleagues and the directors
• Upload information to website and social media

Desired skills:

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office packages – Word and Excel
• Good literacy skills
• Good communication skills
• Good telephone manner

• Organised
• Punctual
• Team player
• Willing to work hard

Qualifications:

• A good general level of education
• C/4 above in maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent)
