Apprentice Customer Service Representative (CSPBALCHEL)


Location: Chelmsford

Are you looking to get into the property sector but don’t know where to start? Are you confident and willing to work hard? This role is pivotal to the Sales Team and you could play a crucial part and progress to train as an Estate Agent.

Duties to include:

  • Register, qualify and manage applicants in accordance with company set procedures
  • Work pro-actively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum number of applicants
  • To deliver canvassing material to the local area in accordance with instructions from Line Manager
  • To deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  • Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent Progress to training as an Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator

Important Information

Working week:

Monday - Saturday (day of in lieu of during the week) 09:00 - 18:00 (may vary).
40 hours per week


£180 per week
