Apprentice Business Support Administrator

This position is varied. The role will be administrative support to staff members to ensure functionality and consistency in the organisation. In supporting the company’s sales admin department the applicant will be assisting in multiple initiatives.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Answering the phone
  • Sending out contracts & other documentation to clients
  • Use of CRM system to create Rightmove adverts
  • Auditing sales files
  • Assisting in organising diaries
  • General admin duties, filing, scanning etcm
  • Managing multiple inboxes

 

Must have GCSEs grade 4 or above in Maths and English

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (1 hour lunch unpaid as per ACAS guidelines). Saturday work may be an option in the future and will be discussed, if required.
42.5 hours a week hours a week (hours reduced to 40 if suitable applicant is 17).

£14, 144
