Administration Assistant

A hard working and ambitious individual is needed for an office based role in this commercial laundry and dry-cleaning services company. Candidates must be confident and able to multi-task in a busy environment where everyone has a ‘proactive’ approach to the work. An ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to start a career within administration.

Duties will include:

  • Filing
  • Storing invoices
  • Taking telephone enquiries and making telephone calls
  • Using quotation systems
  • Answering email enquiries
  • Using card machine to take customer payments
  • Assisting with all aspects of jobs including organising different linen and updating downstairs team of job progression
  • Assisting with website maintenance and updates
  • General administration duties

Hours may be flexible depending on the time of year. The position is located on an industrial estate

Qualifications:

  • C or above in Maths or equivalent
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Important Information

Working week:

Monday to Friday. 9am - 5pm (with 30 minute lunch)

Wage:

£150 per week (£4 per hour)
